I am someone who is a hobbyist in the world of floral design, but would love someday to do it more actively. I love the encouraging tone of this podcast, and the cheerful demeanor of everyone who comes on it. The guests have a wide range of experience and stories. It really cheers me up to listen to Team Flower, and although sometimes they do stray off-topic, I never find it to be uninteresting. Keep up the good work!

The one podcast I listened to, Kelly spoke over the guest and sidelined off subject with personal comments about her baby, husband, household. In the end, wasn’t able to glean much because Kelly focused so much more on herself rather than the guest. Many better flower podcast hosts out there that are able to listen and draw out information from their guests for the benefit of the audience.

If it weren’t for Team Flower, my floral business would never be where it is today. Through their online courses and flower community and now this podcast, I’ve gained invaluable tips and tricks over the past three years that I’m forever grateful for. Thank you, Team Flower, for showing me how I can love the world and each of my clients through flowers!

Love the content so much and the guests are amazing. If I could offer a couple notes though- Kelly is lovely but she tends to hijack the conversation and at different times in the episodes you can tell she realizes it. Typically the episodes start off with amazing energy and then when it gets into the actual topic the guests were invited to talk about that is where Kelly tends to take over. I noticed it’s hard then to get back on track and the energy isn’t the same. I think if Kelly wants to speak personally on the topic is should be a separate segment of the show because she’s very passionate about everything and I do like hearing her thoughts I just feels like the guests get drowned out. Anyway. Keep up the good work love love love the Team Flower Podcast. Such a gift 💝 Go Team 🌸

I just discovered this podcast this past month and I’m obsessed. As a new business owner, I’m a little lost and hearing that that is completely normal has been reassuring. Love the tips and stories!

I randomly googled flower schools when I got the bug to become a flower designer. I came across Team Flower and researched them for awhile. One day, I decided to search them on my podcasts. I was so excited to hear more from them & I was immediately hooked after the first one I listened to. Kelly is so easy to listen to and I instantly became obsessed with pursuing this new adventure. I think I listened to all of them in a matter of 2 weeks. Such great information and inspirational entrepreneurs on here. I booked my first flower party and it was a success. 10 girls came and raved about it. I used a portion of that money to enroll in the foundations class and I am finding it extremely helpful. I have another side hustle that I wasted so much money on. This class is a must for anyone who wants to have a successful business.

I’m a writer who crafts very short stories inspired by the language of flowers. Listening to the Team Flower Podcast offers so much insight into the lives of the designers who make our world a prettier place. Thank you for championing community and doing so with such a big heart!

As an emerging floral designer this is the first podcast related to floral design that I found and it is my FAVORITE! The interviews all touch on various components of the industry and it feels really educational and accessible. Kelly’s interviews are so cohesive and she really comes at it through her listener’s perspective! I think I have listened to almost every episode! Keep Em coming!!!

There is something here for any type of farmer, small business person, or creative human even if they do not focus on flowers.

I wish the interviewer would take the back stage a bit more and let her guests speak more.
